Hey Wayne i thought the barrel length was 12 inches on hunter pistol and 5.lbs ? If so why has it gone back to 4.5lbs !! Thanks Goober Callahan County

The rules currently on the state site were revised in 2005. We are currently working to revise the rules and publish discipline specific rule sets. Once complete I suspect they will reflect the 5lb. limit in lieu of the 4.5lb. requirement. It's not a case of reverting but rather an issue of lack of revision.
