2008 State Games - Archery Question

We have one member of our archery project group who is going to attend the state games with the Shotgun Club that he belongs to here in Henderson County and he would like to also participate in archery.

Do I, as coach, need to fill out a form for him to be registered to do this? We will not be attending the state games this year and no other members of our group will be either.

I want to make sure that he doesn't run into any problems. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
